How to use it
1
Create the profile
Open Persons in your workspace and create a person.
2
Name the person
Enter a recognizable name and a short description of the person. Mention useful details such as age, beard and eye color to reduce unwanted surprises.Example description:
John, 25-year-old YouTuber, no beard, blue eyes.
3
Add identity photos
Start with one or two sharp, high-resolution photos of the same person. Prefer a well-lit, front-facing photo, without glasses or a cap when possible.
Quality matters more than quantity. One or two good photos are a useful starting point. You can add up to five, but more photos are not necessarily needed.
4
Save and select
Save the profile, then select it in the thumbnail composer.
What happens
The saved person becomes available to the person selector. Creating a profile does not generate a thumbnail or automatically replace the person in an existing result.Example
For John: start with one clear, front-facing portrait. Add a second good photo if useful, then use the short description above to clarify his appearance.| Prefer | Avoid |
|---|---|
| One clearly visible person | Group photos or a tiny face in the distance |
| Sharp, high-resolution images with good lighting | Blurry, low-quality or heavily filtered photos |
| A front-facing portrait, ideally without glasses or a cap | Accessories that obscure the face |
| One or two good photos of the same person | Extra photos added only to fill every slot |
Good to know
A profile guides identity. It does not generate a thumbnail by itself. Select it in the composer and inspect the generated face before exporting.
