Sketch the composition

Draw a rough layout when describing positions in words is not enough.
Ideal for planning your thumbnail’s composition. Use the sketch to show where the face, product, title and other elements should go, and how much space each should occupy. Simple shapes are enough: focus on the arrangement, then describe the finished style in your prompt.

How to use it

1

Open Sketch

Click Sketch in the composer bar.
2

Place the main elements

Use the 16:9 canvas and grid to place shapes, arrows or text. Add available face or image stickers where useful.
3

Attach the sketch

Click Add as reference to attach the sketch.
4

Describe the finished look

Describe the visual style in the prompt and generate. Reopen the sketch reference when you need to revise the layout.

What happens

The sketch becomes a reference chip and guides the arrangement of the image. It counts toward the reference limit and is sent with the other content.

Example

Draw three zones:
ZoneSketch element
RightFace area or face sticker
LeftRectangle for the product
Above the productShort title area
Prompt:
Create a polished tech-review thumbnail following this layout, with a clean background and a clearly visible product.
Check the arrangement in the result; the rough drawing supplies positions, not the final artwork.

Good to know

The sketch communicates composition; it is not a final artwork layer or an exact coordinate guarantee. Keep it legible and leave the rendering style to your prompt and source.
